Scholarship Details:
We are recruiting Phd Counseling students for projects in the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research & Technology (SMART), which will be supervised by MIT faculty and NTU. In the projects we apply mathematical techniques to problems in biotechnology and biochemistry, for example: o Bayesian modeling of the parasite's life cycle o large-scale graphical models for functional genomics o stochastic modeling and control techniques in the context of network generation.
